Over the past few months, I’ve been spending a lot of time working on something that sits somewhere between technology, operations and project management.
This is something I’ve seen repeatedly throughout my career: Most businesses don't have a software problem. They have an operations problem.
They have software everywhere. Forms, spreadsheets, messaging apps, accounting systems, CRMs, document repositories, booking platforms, websites and dozens of little processes that have gradually evolved over time.
The problem is that they don't necessarily work together, and that’s where the interesting work starts.
